I’m the founder of Olive & Oak Business Empowerment Coaching and host of the Best Kept Small Business Secrets podcast—where I pull back the curtain on what actually helps small businesses grow and thrive.
My journey started behind the front desk of a chiropractic wellness clinic, where I quickly worked my way up to co-owner. I spent the next 15+ years building a thriving practice, leading teams, creating systems, and learning what it really takes to scale a business that’s both profitable and aligned.
Now? I bring that same blend of heart and strategy to the incredible women I work with—helping them simplify their operations, create aligned offers, and design client experiences that turn heads (and drive revenue).
