Meet Nicole

Hello! I’m Coach Nicole, the heart and soul behind Olive & Oak Business Empowerment Coaching!

Originally from Minneapolis, I made sunny Arizona my home four and a half years ago, and it’s been an incredible journey ever since!

My path to coaching began in the holistic health world, where I discovered my passion for business. After starting at the front desk of a chiropractic wellness clinic, I quickly moved up to Office Manager, Operations Manager, and eventually co-owner. Over 15 years as a business owner, I learned firsthand what it takes to grow and run a successful company while balancing the demands of leadership.

Today, I work with women business owners across industries, helping them streamline their businesses and work smarter, not harder. I believe that business shouldn’t be done alone, and I know from walking this path with so many women that having another set of eyes—and another heart—on your business makes all the difference. When you have someone in your corner, things flow smoother, progress happens faster, and clarity becomes second nature.
