Hello! I’m Coach Nicole, the heart and soul behind Olive & Oak Business Empowerment Coaching!

Originally from Minneapolis, I made sunny Arizona my home four years ago, and it’s been an incredible journey ever since!

My path to coaching began with a deeply personal experience. When my third baby was just three months old, she faced her fifth ear infection.  Frustrated by conventional treatments, I turned to chiropractic care and homeopathy and she never had another ear infection again!! And that ignited my passion for alternative health care! This moment was the catalyst for my career shift—from being an Esthetician to fully immersing myself in the holistic health field.

Starting at the front desk of a chiropractic wellness clinic, I quickly moved up to Office Manager, then Operations Manager, and eventually became a co-owner. This wasn’t just a career climb; it was a journey of learning, growth, and understanding the intricacies of running a successful clinic. Balancing this with being a single mom of four teenagers, I honed the art of work-life balance—something I’m passionate about helping others achieve as well.

Now, having sold the clinic and with my children grown (my youngest, who inspired my career change, is now 20!), I’ve channeled all my energy into Olive & Oak Business Empowerment Coaching. My mission? To help chiropractors, naturopaths, and holistic health professionals build the businesses they dream of.

That’s what I’m here for. I always say that business shouldn’t be done alone, and my goal is to help every client be as efficient and profitable as possible. With my experience—from answering phones at the front desk to owning a clinic—I understand the challenges and the dreams. I’ve coached hundreds of women (and a few men ) through the process of turning those dreams into reality.
